Refund policy

Paid memberships are not yet available. This policy takes effect only after billing is activated (see pricing).

When billing launches: Week Passes are refundable within 24 hours of purchase if no premium export was generated. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime and remain active until the end of the paid period. Season Access is refundable pro-rata before the season's midpoint. Refund requests go to support and are answered within 5 business days.
