What we collect

Account email, display name, language preference, and the notification settings you choose. Operational logs (IP address, user agent) are retained briefly for security. We deliberately do not collect gambling history, financial status, losses, or bankroll information.

How we use it

To operate your account, deliver the newsletters and alerts you asked for, and secure the service. Marketing consent is separate from transactional email and can be withdrawn at any time.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data or the deletion of your account from your account page. Privacy requests are tracked and answered by our privacy contact (see Contact). Québec's Law 25 and applicable Canadian privacy law guide our handling of these requests.

Retention and security

Passwords are stored only as modern salted hashes. Sessions are revocable. Data is retained only as long as operationally or legally necessary.
